Willohbee Wholesale, OSHC & Bulk Ordering Information

This section is strictly for wholesale partners, OSHC services, childcare centres, schools, and bulk buyers.

Willohbee is a passionate team with over 12 years of hands-on experience in the childcare and OSHC space. We specialise in creative, engaging, and child-friendly craft kits designed to support meaningful activities, programming cycles, themed days, and special events.

Originally starting as an incursion business, we proudly supply OSHCs, schools, childcare centres, and wholesale buyers with bulk-priced craft kits that are reliable, inclusive, and easy to run.

Affordable for Every Service

None of our kits exceed the maximum OSHC guideline of $15.00 per child.
All Willohbee kits are priced between $7.00–$13.00 per child, making them budget-friendly while still offering high-value, hands-on experiences.

Bulk Ordering Requirements

A minimum order of 20 kits applies for all wholesale, bulk, OSHC, and school orders.

Delivery

We offer flat rate delivery of $30.00 to the following regions: Logan, Ipswich, Brisbane, Toowoomba, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast. For all other locations across Australia, we work alongside our external freight provider TransDirect to ensure your kits reach you safely and on time.

We aim to deliver all bulk orders 3–7 days before your planned activity or incursion, giving staff plenty of time to prepare. Please note, some kits arrive in larger boxes to protect materials.

Incursions & Future Plans

Our Paint-By-Number Incursion Kits continue to be our most popular OSHC choice, consistently priced at $10.00 per child and packed with everything needed for a full craft session.

We are currently working toward expanding into Willohbee-staff-led in-centre incursions by late 2026, offering fully facilitated sessions for OSHC and school programs. More information coming soon!

Wholesale Expansion Coming 2026
We are also excited to expand deeper into the wholesale market in 2026, offering branded and unbranded craft kits at scale for retailers, event suppliers, large organisations, and independent stockists.
